Why is it so hard to quit smoking?  What makes us so addicted to nicotine?  Brandy Andrade, a Nurse Navigator with Norton Healthcare Prevention and Wellness, has the answers to these questions and more.

What you need to know is that there will be 8 sessions over a 7-week period.  The classes will begin on this date and run through Wednesday, April 24.  All classes will be held from 10:00-11:30 a.m. at our Clarksville Branch Library.  Specific class dates are:  3/13, 3/20, 3/27, 4/3, 4/5, 4/10, 4/17 and 4/24.
