Join us on this date for our class, conducted by Ken Capps, a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES).  His topic for March will be "Curbing Costs" and 1031 Tax exchanges.  A guest speaker will be joining Capps - Bryce Lanham with Commonwealth Capital - and his topic will be Estate Planning.  Capps' specialty is in helping seniors (50+) regarding real estate issues and, in particular, how Medicare, Medicaid, and Social Security can impact your real estate decisions.  The classes will run from March-September and will be held on the 3rd Monday of the month, unless otherwise noted.  Light refreshments will be served, courtesy of Ken Capps.  Pre-registration is required.
