Our featured program for Money Smart Week is part of an ongoing series, Real Estate, Retirement, & You.  It is being conducted by Ken Capps, a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES).   The topic this month by Capps is 1031 Tax Exhange and Investment Real Estate.  He will be joined by Bryce Lanham, Commonwealth Capital,  who will cover Social Security.  Capps' specialty is in helping seniors (50+) regarding real estate issues and, in particular, how Medicare, Medicaid, and Social Security can impact your real estate decisions.  The classes will run from March-September and will be held on the 3rd Monday of the month, unless otherwise noted.  Lunch will be served, courtesy of Ken Capps.  Pre-registration is required.
