There is so much information to be found on our physical health that our mental health often gets overlooked.  During the months of June-July-August-September, we will be offering a four-part series on Mental Health called Mind Fit.  

A healthy lifestyle usually leads to a life led in perfect balance or harmony and if this is what you hope to achieve in your own life, then this class is for you.  This class is really for anyone who wants to learn more about their health and in particular, their mental health, and what to do to improve it.
